Many who have seen his work suggest the eye of a film maker. no doubt Caesar agrees and will most likely to embark upon some sort of film endeavor in the future. It may surprise you to know that despite hobnobbing with the celebrity elite, Caesar is also a Macintosh fanatic (he owns one of the few Mac museums in the world). His comprehensive collection, which dates from the earliest days of Apple, is among the top showcases of the history of Apple. We had a chance to sit down and talk with the master of the photographer about the ins and outs of his work.

MacDirectory: What first got you interested in photography?

Ceasar: I was an art director in Sao Paulo - Brazil and I always had a problem getting the right image, the image that I had in mind... I always liked photography, so it did not take long so I started shooting, I loved it!

Did you have a mentor in the field?
I worked 3 months as a assistant, my boss was very good but not a mentor, I learned by myself.

Who is your favorite (of all time) photographer?

I like a bunch of people but I don't have a favorite, I like people that innovate. There are only 2 people that meant a lot to me in my career, and they are not photographers, Steve Jobs and Airton Senna (F1 driver). I admire how focused they are (were) and how they are (were) always in control... Amazing persons!
